Live Storytelling

Live stories told at The Staircase Lounge, in Hamilton, Ontario with the Hamilton 7 Storytelling Collective in 2018.

I am a core member of the Hamilton 7 storytelling collective since 2017.

My fictional stories are based in historical research and told with rich visual descriptions. The stories I create often explore grief, transformation, working life and political resistance, with strong women+ protagonists. I also re-interpret old Japanese folktales from a queer and feminist perspective.
